No-Bake Nutty Rocky Road

A simple no-bake Nutty Rocky Road loaded with fluffy marshmallows and crunchy nuts. Perfect for a quick, indulgent dessert.

INGREDIENTS:
Dark Chocolate
Fluffy marshmallows
Turkish Delight Candy
Peanut Butter Peanut
Maple Chilli Cashew
Manuka Honey Macadamias

METHOD:
1. Cut the marshmallows into bite-size pieces.
2. Chop the Turkish delight (rose) and add it to the marshmallows.
3. Crush the Peanut Butter Peanuts and add them to the mix.
4. Melt the dark chocolate until smooth.
5. Pour the melted chocolate over the goodies and stir well to coat evenly.
6. Line a pan with parchment paper.
7. Transfer the mixture into the lined tray and press down firmly.
8. Top with more peanut butter peanuts, Maple Chilli Cashews, and Manuka Honey Macadamias.
9. Chill until set, then slice and serve.
