1. As we are a small artisan producer your prompt payment within 20 days of the invoiced date is greatly appreciated.
2. Non-payment of an account past 30 days will incur interest at the rate of 2% per day, and you agree to pay all collection costs and expenses which may be incurred recovering any overdue account.
3. The Kiwi Artisan Co reserves the right to withdraw credit and stop supplies without notice if any terms of trade are not adhered to.
4. Under the terms of the Credit Reporting Privacy Code 2004 and Privacy Act 1993 you authorise any person or company to provide us with such information as we may require in response to our credit enquiries. That you authorise us to furnish to any third party details of the application and any subsequent dealing that you may have with us. The ownership and property of goods will only be transferred to the buyer when the buyer has settled their accounts in full.
5. Goods are supplied subject to all conditions, warranties and limitations implied by law provided, however, that the extent of The Kiwi Artisan Co liability thereunder shall be limited to replacement of faulty material only.
6. As security for the payment of the purchase price due by the customer to The Kiwi Artisan Co, the customer grants The Kiwi Artisan Co a security interest in those goods (as per Personal Property Securities Act — 1 May 2002).
