Garlic Bread Mummies

A spooky twist on a crowd favourite! These Garlic Bread Mummies are golden, cheesy, and just a little bit fancy thanks to Kiwi Artisan Truffle Infused Olives and a drizzle of Black Truffle Oil. Perfect for Halloween gatherings — they’re fun to make, even better to eat, and sure to vanish faster than you can say “boo!”

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 garlic bread loaf, sliced lengthways
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tbsp Kiwi Artisan Black Truffle Oil
- 8–10 Kiwi Artisan Truffle Infused Olives, sliced (for eyes)
- Fresh parsley or basil, to serve
METHOD:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Brush the garlic bread with Black Truffle Oil for a rich, aromatic base.
- Arrange thin strips of mozzarella across the top to look like mummy bandages.
- Add two slices of Truffle Infused Olives near the top for eyes.
- Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and just golden.
- Drizzle with a final touch of Black Truffle Oil and scatter with fresh herbs before serving warm.
💀 Party Idea: Serve your mummies on a dark wooden board surrounded by a few loose Truffle Infused Olives for an eerie yet elegant Halloween platter.
