Artisan of the Week || The Fishwives Smokehouse

We’d like to introduce you to a new artisan in town - The Fishwives Smokehouse.
Born and raised in France, Alice and Marie's fondest childhood memories are to do with food. Arriving in New Zealand half a decade ago, they were most surprised by the quality of the fresh, locally grown produce. Over the years (many humorous tales along the way) the pair stumbled upon the craft of smoking... and so came to be The Fishwives Smokehouse.
Intially starting with smoked salmon, the two friends have quickly expanded their range of small-batch goods to include pates, sauces and seasoning.
We're excited to see what they come up with next!
