The chance discovery of some out-of-date spices led chef Dan Pearson to create a line of gourmet mixes now known as Wild Fennel Co.
Based in Ōtepoti, Dunedin, Wild Fennel produce an extensive range of artisan spice blends and seasonings, inspired by traditional flavour pairings from around the world and using Dan's culinary knowledge from working in kitchens around the world.
The beautifully illustrated, eco-friendly pouches make great little gifts (Father's Day is three weeks away 😉) and you'll be supporting a small-batch, local producer too!
