Truffle Olive Pasta

A rich, flavour-packed pasta dish with Truffle Infused Olives, aromatic garlic, and a hint of sweetness and heat from Maple Chilli Cashews, finished with Black Truffle Seasoning for ultimate indulgence.

INGREDIENTS:

Pasta of choice
Olive oil or butter
1 garlic clove
Truffle Infused Olives, sliced
Maple Chilli Cashews, lightly crushed
Black Truffle seasoning

METHOD:

1. Cook pasta until al dente.
2. Warm olive oil or butter in a pan, and gently soften the garlic.
3. Add Truffle Infused Olives and warm through.
4. Toss pasta with a splash of pasta water until glossy.
5. Remove from heat and sprinkle Black Truffle seasoning generously.
6. Plate and finish with crushed Maple Chilli Cashews.
